Bookings & deposits
[EDIT once finalized] A booking is confirmed once we agree dates, package, and venue details in writing and you pay the required deposit. Remaining balance is due by the date stated in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation
[EDIT once finalized] Cancellation timeframes and any refund of the deposit will be set out in your booking agreement. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
Weather policy
[EDIT once finalized] Animal welfare comes first. If weather or site conditions are unsafe (severe storms, extreme heat, flooding, or similar), we may postpone, shorten, or relocate the appearance by mutual agreement. Alternative arrangements will be discussed in good faith.
Venue & guest conduct
Guests interact with the cows under our handler's guidance. We reserve the right to pause interactions if animals or people are at risk. Venues must provide suitable access and a safe outdoor area as discussed at booking.
